StorHub North Lakes Tradie Spotlight Giveaway – Terms & Conditions ▼

1. PROMOTER

The StorHub North Lakes Tradie Spotlight Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is conducted by StorHub Self Storage Australia (the “Promoter”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1.	The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2.	Each entrant must either be a self-employed tradesperson or a business owner in a trade-related industry.
2.3.	Employees of StorHub, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

3.1.	The Giveaway commences on April 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on June 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST (“Entry Period”).
3.2.	Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1.	Each entrant must complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form via the Promoter’s designated entry portal (accessible here: https://www.storhub.com.au/storage-facilities/storhub-north-lakes) within the Entry Period.
4.2.	Each entrant must provide the following details full name, email, name of associated business (if applicable); and phone number.
4.3.	Only one entry per person is allowed. Entrants with duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

5.1.	One entrant will be selected as the winner of this Giveaway based on the merit of the entrant’s entry and how well the entrant demonstrates a need for the Prize (as defined below).
5.2.	A panel will select and announce the winning entrant on June 17, 2025, at StorHub North Lakes.
5.3.	The winning entrant will also be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of selection.
5.4.	If the winning entrant does not respond within seven days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

6.1.	The winning entrant will win prize package valued at over A$10,000, which comprises: 12 Months of FREE Premium Storage at StorHub North Lakes; FREE Access to StorHub Business Hub Facilities, including use of hot desks, meeting rooms, printing, copying, and scanning services; FREE Tea & Coffee and Kitchen Facilities Access; Receipt & Dispatch Services for business deliveries; 6 Months of FREE StoreProtect Coverage; and (collectively, the “Prize”).
6.2.	The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.3.	The winning entrant must enter into the relevant agreements for use of the storage facilities with the Promoter within 30 days of acceptance of the Prize.
6.4.	If the winning entrant fails to use the storage unit within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and award it to an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

7. PUBLICITY & CONSENT

7.1.

By participating in and entering this Giveaway, each entrant consents and agrees that the Promoter or any of its related corporations (including holding companies) may use the details provided in accordance in Clause 4.2 above, and any other information provided in the entrant’s entry for promotional and marketing purposes.

7.2.

The winning entrant agrees to participate in promotional activities, including videos, photos, interviews, and testimonials, without additional compensation and grants the Promoter rights to freely use all such materials without further consent, insofar as the use is consistent with the applicable laws in Queensland, Australia, and the winning entrant may at any time withdraw consent to the foregoing with prior written notification.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1.	The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect its operation or the feasibility of continuing this Giveaway.
8.2.	Entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by the Promoter regarding the Giveaway.
8.3.	The Promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and the winner, in connection with the Giveaway, including but not limited to: any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or Prize acceptance; any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Giveaway; any technical error; any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the Prize.
8.4.	This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media provider and no social media provider is liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and the winner in connection with the Giveaway.
8.5.	Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and shall be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy then in force.
8.6.	Entrants may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time.
